Asian School Partners work closely with clients at every level of school design. Many clients know they want to open a school for corporate and social responsibility reasons. The process of opening a school may appear daunting. We interprete, author, financially plan and design your new school. The process may then be project managed to a successful opening and eventually operated on behalf of the clientif reqired.
STRATEGY
The activity of opening a new school requires a series of strategic activities; negotiations with local government officials, planning organisations and financial sponsors; the deployment of recruitment and marketing agencies and the engagement of parents as potential clients. RESULTS
